Mind-Body Temple Program
This program is divided into four parts.
The first section will familiarize you with the idea of the mind-body connection, present examples of successful outcomes, teach you about mindfulness practices, and delve into the topic of Psychophysiologic Disorders (PPD) diagnosis.
The second module will teach you mindfulness meditation methods, give you a deeper understanding of the relationship between the mind and body, change the way you think about pain, and help you discover your personal purpose.
In the third module, we will work together to overcome fears, cope with emotions, and address symptoms.
Finally, in the fourth and final module, we will review strategies for preventing relapse, learn how to protect your mind, focus on organization, and develop both physical and mental practices.
